Jens Mühlner is Executive Consultant Innovation & Technology Management and Project Director “National IT Summit” at Deutsche Telekom. Thus, he coordinates the cross-industry collaboration of more than 400 experts, as well as a variety of recommendations and technical publications on digitization. Jens Mühlner is one of the initiators and Member of the Board of the Charter digital Networking e.V., the initiative for a common value framework and sense of responsibility on the way to the digital society (www.charta-digitale-vernetzung.de). He contributed on the submissions of the ICT industry to the broadband strategy and ICT strategy of the Federal Government and was responsible for the recommendations for a national strategy “Intelligent Networks«, as well as for the subsequent annual progress reports and conferences (www.deutschland-intelligent-vernetzt.org).  At the German digital Association BITKOM Jens Mühlner is Chairman of the Working Group »Smart City /Smart Region«.
