Since 2015, Johann Jungwirth is Head of the Volkswagen Group’s newly-established digitalization department. He manages the digital transformation of Volkswagen Group growing from a hardware company to an integrated hardware, software and service company. Before Jungwirth has worked in California’s Silicon Valley. He holds an electrical engineering degree Dipl.-Ing. (BA) from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University in Stuttgart.
